Everyone loves a parade especially if its Halloween. The City of Fullerton opened the streets to the 2000 Mark and Brian Halloween Parade. Ten thousand of fans lined the streets the night of October 27th to see some incredible floats created by listeners. After the parade the crowd was then treated to a performance by The Tubes. The big drama was the weather. There was no drought that year and it had been raining everyday leading up to the parade. A decision had to be made by 10am on parade day. By then then chance of rain that evening had fallen to 30 percent. We played the odds and that night not a drop of rain fell from the sky.
